So a Few months ago.. I decided to take a life style change road. Like a lot of people, I also get side tracked! I started it in the month of January.. I started working out February.. Fell of the Month of March And started to work out again the end of April, and All month of June..... then July.. I start to fall off again!! So i'm starting to eat bad again so I decided to learn how to cook here and there! If you know me, I DON'T COOK! I cook eggs, bacon, hot dogs and microwaveable food (If that's considered as cooking) So the past month or so.. I try to make food and just push myself to eat healthy until it becomes second nature to me. I guess what's good about the life style that I started is, I learned how to make and EAT salad! Which is really hard if your an "asian" raised person. Which means you eat white rice with everything. (lol), Before I get side tracked on this blog I want to start off with the Food that I tried to cook (THANKS TO foodnetwork.com) It helped me out a lot when it comes to recipes and directions!

I cooked this today and everyone enjoyed it! Too bad I didn't get a chance to take a pic of it because It was devoured in 30 mins. time! lol
Heatlhier is the way to go! And It's a step by step process and I hope I do better at this! :)
